Customer Services Manager – Kent

This rewarding role purely focusses on the satisfaction levels of Managed Technology’s valued customers. You will be responsible for engaging with the existing client base and ensuring we are fulfilling our contractual obligations and exceeding our client’s expectations. You will also be required to report key client information at a senior management level. This role is partly field based and will require client site visits and conducting client satisfaction surveys. The main objective of this role is to ensure Managed Technology’s standards are upheld at all times, resulting in maximum customer retention.
