Purpose of the role

Big things are happening here at Managed Technology, we’ve seen impressive organic growth (12% Year on Year) and we’re on track for 45% growth this year. We are keen to build on the fantastic results that we are seeing from our talented sales function and have decided to launch a dedicated team to generate opportunities for our Account Managers.

As the Telesales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing a team of Telesales Executives. You will be a hands-on leader who is used to rolling their sleeves up and leading by example. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in helping us shape and develop the team, working closely with other senior leaders in the business. You will be working towards both personal and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day motivation and management of a team of Telesales Executives
  • Developing a robust training program for all new starters, with the support of the Head of Talent & Development
  • Setting and appraising performance in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Motivating the team and leading by example
  • Working alongside the team, contacting prospective clients and booking appointments for our Senior Account Managers
  • Carrying out regular performance reviews and appraisals, in conjunction with the Head of Talent & Development

Person Specification

  • Previous experience leading a team of Telesales Executives, working to own personal quota Ability to inspire and motivate a team and ensure they are meeting their targets and KPIs Capability to train and up-skill a team of Telesales Executives
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills and coaching skills
  • Goal and results driven individual
  • Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals

Work Pattern

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary is negotiable and based on experience. Bonus is available in two forms, you will benefit from both an individual and team bonus structure.
